Job Description
Partnered with assigned Business Development Manager(s) (BDM), you will proactively build sustainable growth, drive profitable revenue and foster ongoing client partnerships across the EAS group. This position involves reviewing customer scopes from BDM and consulting with scientific advisors and operations staff to gather technical/scientific information required to accurately prepare study proposals/quotations and estimates in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. You will work closely with Scientific Advisors, operations staff and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review draft proposals for accuracy and thoroughness before finalizing and submitting to BDM, who will send to the client. You will also keep accurate and organized records to assist BDM in following up on client inquiries and proposals, ensuring timely responses, professional communication, and client satisfaction. Your duties will extend to generating Change Orders in CRM upon request from Study Directors and collaborating closely with Program Coordinators.
Track sales activity in designated tools to meet Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) numbers of sales calls/meetings, leads, prospects, opportunities, wins/losses for assigned client base. Ensure adherence to applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to the regular review and updating of commercial team SOPs and Price Catalog.
