Head of Product (Remote)

Define and own the overall product strategy for your vertical or portfolio area, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and delivers on commercial, user, and operational goals.  Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Product Managers and Technical Product Managers, supporting their development and ensuring clear prioritisation, execution discipline, and high performance.  Collaborate with engineering, design, data, commercial, and senior stakeholders to shape product roadmaps that are ambitious, realistic, and grounded in the needs of both the business and our users. Ensure consistent delivery standards and product management practices across the team, including how we scope work, gather requirements, manage backlogs, and validate outcomes.  Drive alignment between product and the wider organisation, fostering shared understanding of priorities, progress, and trade-offs through clear and regular communication.  Own and track performance against key product and team KPIs. Use data and structured feedback to drive iteration and continuous improvement across people, process, and platform. Take full accountability for the success and integrity of the product function. This includes product quality, delivery outcomes, team performance, and alignment with company priorities. Where things don’t go to plan, you lead the response, take responsibility, and adjust course as needed.  Act as a senior voice in company-level decision-making—championing a product-led mindset and ensuring our investment in product and technology maps directly to business growth.
