About the Role:
- Work at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering, owning the technical side of sales.
- Embedded with customers during onboarding, pilots, and early production, fixing integration issues end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and test ingestion pipelines, mappings, transformations, and webhooks.
- Validate real-world data including location, HOS, assets, and trailers.
- Collaborate with telematics providers on APIs, sandboxes, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and comfort with messy real-world systems.
- Experience with structured data (JSON, SQL, CSV) and APIs/webhooks.
- Clear communicator with technical and non-technical teams, effective in a remote-first environment.
