Key Outcomes:
- Define and evolve the standards, architecture patterns, and tooling choices for AI adoption across the codebase.
- Own execution of the multi-milestone AI-Native Transformation roadmap in partnership with squad leads.
- Set policy and technical controls for safe AI adoption, balancing speed with security and quality.
Core Competencies:
- Deep, current hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic systems.
- Track record designing and evolving systems in large, mature codebases.
- Experience writing technical standards that engineers actually adopted.
Compensation and Location:
- This is a full-time remote role, preferably in the United States, but open to Canada or Mexico.
- Annual salary ranges from $280,500 to $330,000 USD depending on location.
