Responsibilities:
- Conduct user, customer, and market research to inform product strategy and prioritize technical initiatives.
- Lead the discovery, planning, and delivery of complex technical initiatives including enterprise system integrations and API-driven solutions.
- Own and refine the product backlog, facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving cross-functional execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS or CIS with Business Minor or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in product management or technical role with hands-on software development lifecycle involvement.
- Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.
