About the Role:
- Drive the successful execution of our product portfolio and optimize delivery across engineering teams.
- Act as a process leader focused on improving operations, managing workflows, and enabling delivery.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Oversee portfolio visibility, maintain dashboards, and ensure smooth flow of requests across queues.
- Lead quarterly planning, track commitments in Jira, and automate status reporting.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align work with business objectives.

Who You Are:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, with 2+ years in product or technology initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive operational improvement.
- Technical proficiency with the Atlassian suite and excellent communication skills.
