New Product Manager, AI

We're hiring an AI Product Manager to design, deploy, and scale conversational agentic systems into the most trusted whole-person care AI experience. This is a hands-on role for someone fluent in LLM tech who wants to build at the intersection of healthcare and applied AI. You’ll own how our agents reason, interact, and deliver value—developing both the taste and the infrastructure behind a world-class care experience. You’ll partner with engineering and operations to move fast from prototype to production, treating this work as your own personal mission. Design and deploy multi-agent systems that support care coordination and patient engagement at scale. Develop the “taste” behind agentic engagement and iterate the agent ↔ care team interface.. Prototype and pilot new LLM use cases, own internal data labeling and eval products and manage LLM operations. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, clinical ops, and design to translate complex real-world workflows into scalable AI systems.
