Job Description
The role of Sales Representative is critical in ensuring customers receive the electricity, heating, and cooling they require. Responsibilities include cold calling and account management, conducting sales activities both in-person and remotely to engage with new and existing customers. You will assess customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions, then subsequently develop and deliver commercial sales proposals. A key part of the job is selling equipment rentals and services while cultivating sales plans.
You will track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders, and collaborate with operations, logistics, and administrative teams. Basic qualifications include 3+ years of direct sales experience selling to commercial customers, an entrepreneurial mindset and a sales hunter mindset, understanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems, proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred), and a bachelorβs degree or relevant work experience.
