Job Description
In this role, you'll be instrumental in bringing data and service understanding together under a Performance Excellence Strategy to create a supportive quality culture. You will lead the Performance and Quality operations to ensure consistency and a standard approach across the Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance program (RSVP). This involves managing the Performance and Quality Management Team and the Learning and Development Team, bringing together different disciplines in one place for a coordinated approach.
Key responsibilities include providing leadership and direction to Performance & Quality Specialists/Auditors, Learning & Development Specialists, and LMS Administrators. You'll ensure a high-level understanding of RSVP contract requirements, maintain program quality controls, and guide quality assurance and improvement activities. Additionally, you will maintain the audit framework, develop process maps, and create training resources aligned with Standard Operating Procedures.
