Supporting internal users by ensuring efficient operation of their systems and resolving technical issues quickly. Responsibilities involce providing technical support via phone, email, or in person, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software, performing regular maintenance procedures, such as software updates and system backups. You will set up new user accounts and email profiles, along with maintaining documentation of IT assets and user requests. Also, train users on basic IT procedures and best practices.
