Technical Expertise:
- Apply 10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow knowledge and 3+ years of hands-on HRSD module experience.
- Utilize expertise in ServiceNow scripting including JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Integrate systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server technologies with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB.
Project Execution:
- Design platform architecture and solutions while ensuring scalability and alignment with client needs.
- Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver projects efficiently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
