- Maintaining operational processes for our employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Execution: Execute daily tasks related to benefit administration.
- Process Documentation: Assist in maintaining and organizing departmental documentation.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for routine employee benefit inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, office management, or HR support.
- Proficiency with HRIS/Benefits Administration systems is a plus.
- Strong foundational data manipulation and analysis skills using MS Excel
