About the Role:

  • Provides essential support in ensuring excellence in our benefits operations.
  • Focused on the accurate execution of daily administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining operational processes for our employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Execution: Execute daily tasks related to benefit administration.
  • Process Documentation: Assist in maintaining and organizing departmental documentation.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for routine employee benefit inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, office management, or HR support.
  • Proficiency with HRIS/Benefits Administration systems is a plus.
  • Strong foundational data manipulation and analysis skills using MS Excel
