Application Administrator

What you'll be doing:

• Maintaining high proficiency in Atlassian and Adaptavist toolsets, contributing to team knowledge sharing and adhering to best practices.
• Onboarding and becoming familiar with customer applications, monitoring and responding to requests on the Adaptavist service desk.
• Creating projects, configuring permissions and workflows, and solving issues while working on multiple priorities.

Qualifications we're looking for:

• Experience administering Atlassian toolset, including Jira and Confluence, with consulting and user support.
• Ability to customize Atlassian software through workflows and add-ons like ScriptRunner; comfortable working independently and collaboratively online.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, innovative thinking, and a personable, professional attitude.
