Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own external SDR vendor relationships; define scope, onboard, and manage vendors including governance.
  • Design the SDR operating system; stand up prospecting motion, sequences, data flows in HubSpot.
  • Train and enable internal sales teams on prospecting; deliver training programs, call reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Partner across the org; align targets, territories, handoffs and reporting with Sales and Marketing.
  • Proven success as a high-performing SDR or BDR with experience managing SDRs or SDR teams.
