Develop and optimize pre- and post-patching processes to ensure proper implementation without any outages.
Score each patch based on risks and opportunity to prioritize and identify which patches are more valuable.
Coordinate patch schedule with other teams such as patch team, infrastructure management, security operations, governance & risk.

Requirements:

Must be able to think ahead to avoid business outages based on lab results and able to remediate vulnerabilities.
Requires research capabilities with intellectual curiosity to figure out how to remediate vulnerabilities.
Exposed to diverse IT technologies to come up with recommendations for remediation in Infrastructure environment.

About the Role:

You will use knowledge of systems and database management products to support IT infrastructure.
You will be responsible for delivering system and database patching and upgrade services globally.
You will serve as the technology expert on the infrastructure behalf and interact with application counterparts regularly.
