Job Description
Reporting to the Manager of Professional Services, you will act as the primary client liaison to lead multiple customer facing EHR implementation projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will experience managing customer implementations in a Professional Services environment, and have a proven track record for successfully attaining project objectives. Thoroughly understanding the customerโs business and technical needs is critical to the success of this role. Responsibilities include managing the project budget, team resources, communications, and project plans. The project manager will ensure that customers successfully migrate to the PointClickCare solution, monitor project progress, and resolve risks. The ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to the goals of the Project Management Office is essential. This position is open to remote candidates in the Great Lakes region and requires up to 25% travel to client sites.
