Job Description
Teleperformance is looking for a Customer Service Specialist with Banking and Financial Service Industry experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent service with outgoing nature. You will be working shifts of 5am-12.30pm, being able to work any 5 days over Monday - Sunday and full flexibility being required. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service across telephone, email, webchat and social media channels. You will be using your problem-solving skills to support customers.
