People Operations Generalist

This is more than just an HR role; it's a chance to build strong relationships, optimize systems, and develop meaningful processes. You'll be a strategic partner across the organization, using your HR expertise to manage everything from compliance and benefits administration to data analysis. You will own and manage our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and troubleshooting as needed. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support People metrics and company-wide reporting needs. Manipulate and analyze data in Excel for compensation, benefits, headcount, and compliance reporting. Support administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, life events, audits, and compliance reporting. Support People-related projects, including process improvements, compliance audits, and implementation of new tools or systems.
