Job Description
This individual contributor role will support Canva’s Enterprise customers through accurate, timely, and customer-first billing operations—owning the invoicing process end-to-end and resolving billing inquiries with care and precision. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance Systems to ensure a seamless billing experience from contract to cash.
You’ll also play a key role in major transformation initiatives—including the Salesforce CPQ redesign and Zuora implementation—that will set the foundation for how we bill at scale. Execute day-to-day billing operations for Enterprise sales, including invoice generation, customer onboarding and billing adjustments. Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve issues thoughtfully, delivering a high-quality billing experience.
