Job Description
The Manager, Workplace Strategy & Site Operations will play a pivotal role in optimizing our distributed work model by leading our real estate strategy and supporting our global team's physical environment needs. This individual will be responsible for strategically evaluating, planning, and managing physical spaces for intentional company gatherings, flexible co-working solutions, and employee home office support. This role is crucial in ensuring that our physical interactions are impactful, efficient, and align with our remote-first philosophy and company culture.
Responsibilities include real estate strategy & planning, in-person gathering management, distributed workplace support, and vendor & relationship management. The manager will also handle budget & operations management, and compliance & risk mitigation.
The desired skills & experience include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or a related field; 7 plus years of experience in real estate strategy, workplace management, event planning, or facilities management within a remote-first or highly distributed organization; and strong financial acumen.
