Job Description
Intermex Wire Transfer is seeking a motivated sales focused Recruiter who will sit in the Central/Pacific time zone to cover our West Coast needs. The recruiter will support the West Coast sales team by sourcing, interviewing and hiring territory/field sales representatives. Daily use of Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed and developing a referral network. Manage and maintain Greenhouse ATS and assigned territory openings. Partner with the Regional VP during the rigid sourcing cycle, and with HR Onboarding Specialist on new hire processing and orientation. Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources. Bilingual Skills required: English and Spanish verbal communication skills in both languages.
