Temp Operations Supervisor

This is a temporary position that will end December 8th, 2025. As a Temp Operations Supervisor, you will ensure daily performance metrics are being met or exceeded, including quality, service level, and schedule adherence metrics. 80% of your day will consist of coaching and educating agents on how to improve their performance. You'll create an environment focusing on fun, enthusiasm, and accountability, taking initiative and leadership by creating performance improvement plans. You'll administer coaching and disciplinary action when appropriate, handle both internal and client-led performance discussions, and perform other related duties and assignments as required. Adherence to all policies and procedures is required and you must be able to take calls when needed.
