Senior Full Stack Java Engineer - Workforce Management (WFM)

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Workforce Management product stream, building enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time adherence.
• You will use Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and Node.js to deliver scalable services and intuitive workforce applications for contact center environments.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement workforce planning capabilities using Java, Spring Boot, and domain-driven design practices.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing calculations, schedule generation, and operational reporting.
• Develop responsive workforce applications and integrate with CX platforms, ACD, HR, and enterprise data systems.

Who You Are:

• You have 8+ years of full-stack development experience and strong knowledge of workforce management concepts.
• You have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React or Angular, TypeScript, and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• You are skilled in designing REST APIs, microservices, event-driven services, and containerized cloud-native applications.
