Senior Routing Engine Developer (CX Platform)

Role Overview:

• Design and build a next-generation routing engine for enterprise-scale contact center operations.
• Develop core services for intelligent distribution of voice and digital interactions in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, capacity, and business rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and low-latency performance across queues and workloads.
• Design and maintain APIs for configuration, administration, monitoring, and integration.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed applications and architecture.
• Expert-level Java and Spring Boot with microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Experience with contact center routing, ACD concepts, and high-throughput transaction systems.
