Job Description
The Client Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day success of AffirmedRx’s client partnerships. Working closely with cross-functional teams supporting the client experience, this role combines project coordination, data analysis, and technology management to ensure seamless client experiences and optimized patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include client operations support, technology and tool management, cross-functional coordination, and reporting and data management. The role involves collaborating with Client Managers, maintaining organized client materials, preparing client-facing materials, assisting with oversight of technology, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating communication between teams. It requires assisting with preparing and reviewing reports, tracking KPIs, and developing dashboards.
