Senior Director, People

Leads core People Team functions including Contact Center, People Technology, People Analytics, and Innovation — driving continuous improvement, service excellence, and special projects that elevate the WelbeHealth Team Member experience. This role ensures seamless on-boarding, responsive inquiry resolution, and a modern digital employment experience, while championing data as the foundation for People Team decisions. This role requires balancing strong HR systems and compliance with innovation and modernization to streamline the employment lifecycle and enhance team member engagement. The Sr. Director partners closely with leaders across People, IT&S, Performance Excellence, Analytics, Legal , and market operations, ensuring alignment and collaboration. Oversees a team of approximately 5-10 individuals , directly shaping the Team Member experience and the evolution of the WelbeHealth workplace.
