ServiceNow ITAM Architect

REDE Consulting is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM+CMDB Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, end-to-end solutions, with a primary focus on ITAM, Compliance, ITSM and Integration. The role requires hands-on architectural leadership, close collaboration with business stakeholders, and guidance for development teams. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of secure, technically feasible solutions that meet business needs while aligning with industry standards and platform best practices. Key responsibilities include designing and architecting comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, specializing in ITAM(SAM+HAM), Compliance, Integration, and operating within a Domain Separation setup, maintaining secure and segregated workflows. The role requires providing architectural oversight and technical guidance to development teams, collaborating with Business Analysts and stakeholders to capture requirements and design scalable, sustainable solutions. Also defining and driving integration strategies and platform-level improvements, participating actively in Agile/Scrum processes including story creation, sprint planning, and backlog management, and applying expertise across ITAM, Compliance, ITSM and Integration modules with a strong grasp of ServiceNow design patterns and best practices.
