Bookkeeper (Ecommerce)

Accurate Financial Records:

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile various accounts like bank, credit card, and payment processor accounts.
• Record and reconcile inventory-related transactions.

Reporting and Compliance:

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with sales tax/VAT reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with management and CPA for month-end and year-end close.
