Finance Controller Assistant (Remote)

The Finance Controller Assistant will be responsible for accurate books with 99%+ accuracy in QuickBooks. They will ensure on-time close preparation, with all bookkeeping and schedules ready for month-end close by the internal deadline. The assistant will execute collections, following up on all overdue invoices according to scripts and timelines, with clear notes and next steps logged.

The role requires bookkeeping activities such as recording and categorizing transactions in QuickBooks and reconciling bank accounts and Stripe payouts monthly. They will maintain and update the Client Master sheet and organize data from Stripe, Mercury, Pipedrive, and Sheets/Smartsheet. Success in 90 days involves clean and current QuickBooks reconciled monthly, ready-to-use data for the Senior Controller, and up-to-date finance trackers trusted by leadership.
