  • Own the strategy and performance of all outbound and prospecting channels, including cold calling, cold email, and cold DMs.
  • Manage team managers, set targets, review performance, and continuously improve systems to generate qualified discovery calls.
  • Launch new initiatives for acquiring calls, build clean reporting, and report weekly to founders.
