Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate program and project management support, including file setup, audit tracking, and quality control for federal deliverables.
  • Assist with contract-level communications, period of performance extensions, and notifications of funds to ensure compliance and timely execution.

Program Operations Support:

  • Maintain Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments, serving as a super user for internal systems to support staff onboarding.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization across program operations, supporting proposal compilation and deliverable formatting.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Track subcontractor and vendor invoices to ensure incorporation into client invoices and facilitate timely payment processes.
  • Audit subcontractor files for compliance, coordinating with procurement teams on reporting requirements such as small business ISRs.
