The Associate Client Success Manager serves as the primary relationship manager between our clients and our internal stakeholders. This role requires a significant amount of work in front of the computer with communication daily through chat, phone calls, and virtual meetings. Essential functions include serving as the primary contact for assigned clients, providing excellent customer experience, presenting product demonstrations, and collaborating internally to address potential client issues. The manager will also maintain client renewal rates and address exit strategies. Will also identify sales opportunities and respond to inbound calls. Will maintain a referenceable customer base by facilitating site visits and ensuring client satisfaction. Identify at-risk clients and orchestrates Improvement Plans as necessary.
