Job Description
Establish the strategic direction and vision for Agent Studio product features, make informed decisions about product roadmaps based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Collaboration with stakeholders to identify and prioritize feature enhancements. Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap aligned with HighLevel’s product strategy. Translate user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with engineering, design, GTM, and support to deliver high-quality product launches on time. Influence cross-functional teams to align execution with product strategy. Mentor and coach other PMs, supporting their professional growth and preparing them for future leadership roles. Define and track product KPIs to measure success, including adoption, activation, retention, NPS/CSAT, support ticket reduction, and business impact metrics. Monitor user feedback and competitive analysis to drive continuous improvement.
