What You'll Do:

  • Develop a deep understanding on customer use cases and success outcomes
  • Establish a trusted / strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer
  • Drive continued value of our products and services

Responsibilities:

  • 5 years of experience in a B2B client facing role (Customer Success, Professional Services, Solution Architecture)
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
  • Industry domain expertise in ITOM ServiceNow modules

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
  • Certified System Administrator
  • Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
