Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all communications for medical supply resupply orders, including calls and emails, ensuring completion within the calendar month.
  • Verify patient prescriptions, insurance details, and documentation while identifying and requesting missing information from healthcare providers.
  • Process orders accurately in company systems, explain patient financial responsibilities, and collect payments when applicable.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with prior data entry experience and strong typing skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
