In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and telephone support. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities include: Responding to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat and telephone, assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses, documenting customer interactions and maintain accurate records, and collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience. Qualifications include: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, previous experience in customer service or support role preferred, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and proficiency in using live chat and telephone support software.
