Job Description
This role will build and evolve the Tech Ops operating system, strengthen team culture and focus, drive cross-functional strategic projects, and serve as the connective tissue across Tech Ops. By establishing and driving the operating rhythms that connect Tech Ops with the broader organization, you will be able to evolve product and technical planning frameworks (e.g., Now/Next/Later) to enable continuous planning, clarity across teams, and alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science.
You will also design and implement new systems and processes to support Virta’s rapid growth, proactively identify gaps in operational excellence and lead solutions to close them and partner with the Tech Ops leadership team to define and activate priorities around team culture, engagement, and development.
