Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for Netomi's core platform.
  • Build and optimize low-latency applications using Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, Redis, AWS, and Docker.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend/platform engineering.
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, Redis, and AWS.
  • Experience with Docker, container orchestration, and low-latency system design.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Kafka, SQS, SNS, or event-streaming systems.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and AI/chatbot platforms.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A hands-on architect who can think at system level, write clean code, mentor engineers, and drive technical decisions for a high-scale platform.
