What you'll do:
- Lead the design vision for Mercury's Accounting Integrations experience from strategy to execution.
- Reimagine how customers prepare and complete accounting work through thoughtful automation.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to shape the future of accounting.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years of experience leading complex, end-to-end product design initiatives.
- Thinks in systems and workflows, and brings clarity to ambiguous problems.
- Experience turning highly complex workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences.
