AR Specialist

As part of the Finance team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. You will support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts. Communicate discrepancies to the management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates that help us reduce outstanding receivables. You will also strengthen and grow relationships with clients by proactively communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts and providing exceptional support. Additionally you will assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement and driving process enhancements. You will also gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment to ensure accuracy and compliance and maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date. Finally, you will lead individual projects that improve team processes and procedures, delivering measurable impact to the team’s efficiency and effectiveness. Exercise integrity and confidentiality in all financial reporting, and comply with national and local financial requirements at every step.
