Purpose:
- Key contributor responsible for supporting the analysis, administration, and integration of systems.

Responsibilities:
- Serves as Level-2 support for critical business application issues.
- Oversees the management and resolution of tickets opened with vendors.
- Assists with after-hours support to implement business-critical updates and modifications.
Skills:
- Must have a strong understanding of business processes.
- Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Must be familiar with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
