Onboarding and Implementation Manager

What You'll Do:

• Lead a team of Onboarding Specialists, setting project goals and delivery standards aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee training delivery, troubleshoot configuration and data imports, and refine scalable project management processes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence implementation workflows and champion client and team needs.

You Should Have:

• 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects in a SaaS environment, with at least 2 years in people management.
• Strong organizational skills to manage team capacity across multiple concurrent client engagements and proficiency in project management tools.
• Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.

Logistics and Environment:

• This is a 100% remote role within the USA, with willingness to travel to client sites up to 10-15% of the time.
