This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role focused on enabling leaders to get the most out of their teams. You’ll be embedded with our engineering, product, and G&A leaders—coaching, challenging, and advising them to lead stronger, scale smarter, and move faster. This role is not about checking boxes or carrying water for weak managers. It's about building trusted relationships with Directors and VPs, raising the bar for leadership across the company, and helping great teams become exceptional. Partner deeply with leaders across Engineering, Product, and G&A — understanding team dynamics, identifying friction points, and actively coaching managers to lead more effectively. Drive performance enablement by embedding yourself in key people programs and making them work better for R&D teams.
