Senior Field Service Engineer – Remote Mexico

Field Service Responsibilities:

• Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of new, existing, and retrofitted industrial combustion systems across Mexico.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis on complex mechanical, electrical, and controls-related system issues.
• Prepare detailed service reports, timesheets, and technical documentation following each field assignment.

Commercial & Customer Support Responsibilities:

• Support Bloom Engineering’s commercial efforts in Mexico by facilitating and promoting the sale of on-site services.
• Make spare parts recommendations to Bloom’s installed customer base.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, hear, handle objects, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a dirty and hot industrial environment with required use of personal protective equipment.
