Job Description

PrimeXBT is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to develop business opportunities within the South Africa region and drive growth. This role involves helping new clients navigate the platform and ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience. The main responsibilities include establishing effective communication with clients, analyzing the end-user experience (customer feedback, support requests, data analysis, internal testing), helping clients understand the platform and supporting them throughout the deposit process. Assisting clients is done via various communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, platform chat, email, push notifications). Collaboration with management and IT/Support departments.
