Take product direction from Head of Product Delivery and shape into a delivery plan.
Review requirements for clarity, completeness, testability, and feasibility.
Break requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Design & Build:

Own execution for assigned products: scope, schedule, quality, and dependencies.
Work with architects and engineers to turn requirements into functional designs.
Act as product owner for scrum team: maintain backlog, clarify requirements, clear roadblocks.

QA, UAT & Release:

Set test scope, strategy, and criteria with QA.
Run defect triage and prioritization.
Plan and lead UAT, own product release plan, and give go/no go recommendation.

Release & Deployment Support:

Produce release package: release notes, configuration docs, runbooks.
Hand product to operations and support with escalation paths.
Act as product escalation point during deployment and hypercare.
