Interview Engineer

Accountabilities:

• Conduct live technical interviews with software engineering candidates through a structured online platform, ensuring a professional, engaging, and unbiased interview experience.
• Assess candidates' coding abilities, technical knowledge, and communication skills using standardized evaluation criteria.
• Deliver accurate, objective, and timely interview feedback to support fair and consistent hiring decisions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer with strong knowledge of software engineering fundamentals.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills and the ability to conduct professional technical discussions.
• Reliable internet connection, webcam, and microphone to facilitate remote interviews and strong analytical thinking.
