Primary Duties:
- Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions for platform reliability and AI infrastructure.
- Partner with engineering managers and stakeholders to develop and execute technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and coach more junior engineers through code reviews and feedback.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BTech in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years building full-stack web applications.
- 3+ years experience with SQL on large multi-table data sets.
- 3+ years as a trusted technical decision-maker and 3+ years coaching engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Deep AWS experience and networking/distributed systems knowledge.
- Design multi-year vision for generative AI areas including LLMs and multimodal models.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases in healthcare.
