Job Description
As a Survey Project Manager, you will build relationships with higher education partners, contributing to national reports that drive standards. You'll expand your skill set while contributing to the evolution of operational processes. This role requires 2+ years of experience in higher education administration, career services, and/or assessment. Experience with First Destination Surveys is a big plus. The role requires expertise in data, survey administration (Qualtrics, Alchemer, or similar), and strong communication skills to build trusted relationships. You will take a consultative approach, understanding clientsโ needs and goals and developing tailored approaches to support them. Comfort balancing multiple workstreams and building process is needed, along with attention to detail to manage survey projects.
