The role blends accounting tasks such as QuickBooks bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial support with executive administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and general operations support.
Key responsibilities include managing QuickBooks Online, supporting accounts payable/receivable, preparing financial reports, managing calendars, handling document preparation, and coordinating with internal teams. Candidate must have 3–5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Bookkeeper, or Admin VA.
